It appears to be an attempt to run a Coventry to Evesham service, but getting round the EU rules by making it three services all less than 50km

I don't really see much demand to that really... The frequency in the description is what I am finding most baffling at the moment.

Services X15 and 28 seemingly being axed, but service 28A might remain between Stratford and Evesham during MS daytime, service 18 presumably only extends to Evesham at peak demand times and slot in between hourly 28A departures.
Again '15 trips Mon to Sat' roughly equates to hourly service from 7am to 7pm plus two additional departures for peak demand.
The Sunday hourly service is likely to be only about 10 trips. ;)   Something along those lines is how I see it anyway.

Bearing in mind NXC already run both 18 & 18A services - I was hoping Stagecoach might avoid using that number [X18 etc is alright I guess]. Couldn't they just call it '28' ?! - there isn't a 28 running in Coventry currently. Evesham sounds a bit exotic for Cov residents.

EDIT: Linked document seems to be deleted now but here is what it contained...

    X15, X16 and 28/28A - Services will be withdrawn.
    X17 – Currently serving Coventry, Kenilworth, Leamington and Warwick, it will be extended every hour via the Chase Meadow estate in Warwick and the A46 to replace the section of X16 that is being removed between Stratford and Warwick.
    X18 - Will operate every 30 minutes from Coventry via the A46 to Leamington, then along the Myton Rd to Warwick, Barford, HRI, Wellesbourne Village and Dovehouse Estate, Charlecote, Tiddington and Stratford. It will then continue to Bidford, Salford Priors and Evesham to replace the 28/28A services.
    68 - Will operate (as now) every 30 minutes between Cubbington, Leamington, Warwick Gates and Warwick with alternate journeys operating as service 68 via Chase Meadow and Hampton Magna to Hatton Park and a New X68 service operating via Warwick Hospital, Leek Wootton, Rouncil Lane, Kenilworth and the A46 to Coventry. Both services will make a slight route variation in Leamington to improve reliability. Services will operate from the Parish Church via Avenue Rd, Leamington (Old Library) instead of the Old Warwick Rd. Passengers from Leamington Station will need to use the stops to the rear of the station. Service X68 replaces the section of X16 that is being removed between Warwick and Kenilworth and the 86 between Kenilworth and Coventry.
    77 - Change of operator to Johnsons Coaches with an improved service from Kineton and the surrounding area via Bishops Tachbrook to Leamington Spa. Services will operate every hour during the day between Bishops Tachbrook and Leamington via Heathcote Lane, Harbury Lane, Tachbrook Park Drive, Leamington Shopping Park (Shires) and the Railway Station. Additional journeys early in the morning and early in the evening will be covered by an extension to the Stagecoach G1 service.
    86 - Will no longer operate between Kenilworth and Coventry. This section of the route will be covered on Service X68.

The 766/767 changes I imagine includes the new 02.32am start Sunday duty that is meant to be being added (though I could have sworn I was told June). I suspect they might be adding a Sunday day shift for pickers at Ocado, that's the only reason I can think of for them adding a bus that early on Sundays. I'm not sure if any other changes are planned for the services, I've not been told so.

I've been told that some time in June, the 10 and 48 should be changing again. The 48 having some Sunday journeys taking on George Eliot Hospital at last (my 56 was 40 minutes late on that a couple of weeks back), with the 10 being taken out of the estates in Earl Shilton and from what they say in the office, extended in to Leicester! It should finally have its WiFi activated then. - Fingers crossed...
It's a largely agreed on opinion that rather than following the 48, it should go back to Fosse Park and run down the Narborough Road in to Leicester instead. We shall see...

The link on the website is incorrect and takes you to the 118/119, 762/763 & 785/786 timetable, and with the usual advance notice, the timetable (which comes into force from tomorrow) was only posted on Wednesday afternoon...

As well as the new early morning Sunday journeys, there's also an afternoon Nuneaton - Tamworth journey at midday.
