Might be completely unrelated, but there was a host of revenue inspectors/Safer Travel people by Digbeth earlier around 4:00pm.

Not quite sure how you divide a 60, but the chaos is Small Heath is caused by what traffic chaos is nearly always caused by - an RTC

I think he meant 'diverted' (always pays to proof-read your posts before clicking 'Post! ;) )

As to be expected, this has had a knock-on effect elsewhere, traffic on the Stratford Road and Warwick Road is also chaos now as people try to rat-run around the affected area!

AVL reported on the radio that some buses were running two hours late.
