So following that meeting will you be able to tell us what is going on?

Following that meeting I will know what is going on, being able to tell everyone is another thing altogether. I've a good idea anyway as I've compiled the cascade plan that will either be approved or thrown out, but because of SQPS I am fairly confident that most of my plan will be what actually happens, although even then most of the plan is just 'x Vehicle type A from garage 1 to garage 2' not specific fleetnumbers

Thanks for answering Tony. Much appreciated. I guess you can't be that specific at this point of anything could happen to one of the specific fleet numbers you have down to move.

I've had the same thing confirmed to me. I've also been told allocation's for the new Platinum's have been decided.
so let us all know then don't state the obvious 126 and X10
Or can't you tell anybody yet ??

then we will have 100 s of pages of guesses of tridents going to ?? Geminis going to ??  Presidents to pensnett death row

Suspect it will be the same corridors getting the investment as per usual. Since moving to London you see a lot more distribution of investment of guess because of the system they have down here and not a near monopoly of one operator. I could be wrong though.

So when was the 126 last given new buses?
So when was the 529 last given new buses?
So when was the 141 (X10) last given new buses?

and those are the only three so far announced

126 2004?
529 pass?
141 2009?

mranon

bet that plan means that although 126 and 529 get investment, the rest of the routes suffer as I bet wn loose their newest tridents in exchange for older ones

I think the last new buses on the 529 were the very first Tridents 4125 onwards

Wolverhampton's 'newest' tridents are 13 years old, hardly spring of youth when NX's average life span is 17 years

Well technically the 141 was the 99 then, but yeah, you're right.

If memory serves me well, East Birmingham received 2 new batches of buses in 3 years. B7RLE and E200
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
"Around the corner" routes: 21, 89
Local routes: 12/A, 48/A
Semi-local routes: 54, 80, 87

Most used routes in bold

And the 900/957 platinums

monkeyjoe

94 / 1999 then 2002 then re hashed 2003 buses which it uses now

Other corridors every 2 years or 4 etc. Real great distribution of investment of resources. Said it before and my opinion ( it just being an opinion will not change).

Had to get that one out not said it for a while.

Should the topic title be changed to 'Wrightbus Streetdecks 3301-3305' and hope the PN thread doesnt get the usual 20 pages of 'Is 3302 out today' or '3303 seen on colmore row at 9:28' or maybe '3302 broken down on manor way'
