Not really an oddity; more of a safety concern:

4823's saloon roof-to-floor handrail in the pushchair section is very, very loose. I grabbed onto it when I got up (as the bus was approaching my stop) and it appears to SWIVEL. Judging from what I saw, I presume it's loose from the bottom end. Nevertheless, it shouldn't happen, should it?
