I know BC are due to lose theirs but are there any other garages that dont run them?

Shame wolverhampton and pensnett do not have omnilinks as the scania dealers are quite near to them just like when they were at west brom (J1 M5) as I always see at least one parked up on the yard and its not a bendi

Would bendies get around Wolverhampton bus station?

Doubt it.
Occasionally I've seen a full-length single deck have to reverse to make it round the bend if there's bus in the 59 stand and a full-length single deck in 6/A stand.
We'll get rid of your bus to Wolves and replace it with one to Walsall instead.......... Oh the joy of a Network Review. -_-

Rubbish drivers! lack of foresight. Bendy's used to get round the tight bends in Coventry City! there's plenty of room in Wolves station. If you make a turn and have to reverse to make it then sorry this in most cases is driver error you should not get yourself into this situation. When they opened Wolves everyone was saying 'that looks tight' 'you'le never get a Merc round that' when it opened.....No problem at all lol

It also kinda depends on if the buses parked in the two stands I mentioned are parked awkwardly, but yeah it's also down to the driver  ;D

you could extend the wn bus station arguement though, as it wasnt designed for the vehicles which use it, i.e the doors are way too close to the bend to be able to be confident of a clear pull away without grounding, 2nd optare solos and such vehicles where the door is behind the wheels, and thirdly the extra length of the new b7rle means there is less room to manouvere, therefore you have to pull in at an angle if a 12m + bus is in front, so the arseend is hanging out, so you can swing round without the arse end getting too close to the building.

I would really like to see Omnilinks at pensnett. Would really like to have a play in one.

With 179 Omnilinks on NXWM's book I'm sure some will get transferred over at some point with more new deliveries elseswhere

It was suggested at some point whether it be rumour or something more substantiated that PE may have been down to receive 1788-1800 from BC as they were un-allocated at one point. However, some of that batch (1789 & 1791) have now moved to Bordesley with others going temporarily in to the Olympic fleet, it's now looking more likely that BY may receive the whole batch in due course. Only time will tell I guess

Under the topic Ominilinks, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that the EX DUNDEE ominilinks sound smoother than the Current NXWM west Midlands ones
