They appealed but how they won based on the Maintenance I have no idea, reliability might have improved but I doubt it's at 95% this does confirm that they do run they want as I suspected when there Bus turned up suspiciously just before the NX1 behind it. Maybe they are still waiting to hear the appeal result and as a result are still allowed to operate, but I don't think they will be still operating by July of this year.

That report was pretty damning - their licence was revoked and TfWM cancelled their tendered contracts as a result.

There was an appeal lodged with the TC, which meant that they could continue to operate their commercial services, I don't know what the outcome of that appeal was or even if a decision was/has been made, but as they are still operating then either the appeal hasn't been decided yet or it was successful somehow.

I've never used any of their bus services or travelled on their vehicles, so I can't personally offer an opinion on their vehicle or service standards.

Whenever I have used them I have found them to be decent, the drivers speak to you, the buses themselves for me seemed no more dirty than NXWM buses & they got me to my destination in a decent time. People on here seem to thing NX are the best and everyone else is third rate, which isn't always the case

Probably the ones we had on the tendered services who drive like a lunatic, beeping the horn if a car is driving below the speed limit.

I believe that the appeal is STILL ongoing, hence why they're still operating commercial services, with some of the same vehicles named in the report

Actually last week and it was not pleasant at all, especially the seats

Private owners that rent space from him. He also rents space to Enterprise vehicle hire next door.
