It seems Mr Chumbar is still gracing his presence on the 1 and the 11 this morning.

Blimey he is really a bad smell that won't go away. I'm guessing he going a new O license then

Diamond aren't Tracking yet on the 63, 64, 65 or 303 but it seems Travel Express are still on the 11 and 1. Surely that isn't allowed does the Traffic Commisoner allow that to happen. Is it a firm order he had to be off the road by today. If so then I can't see him getting a licence as he has already broken the laws again, unless he is waiting for an appeal and has reached an agreement or is waiting for his new Licence

As I said in an earlier post, if he has put an appeal in against the revocation, he is allowed to run until the appeal is heard

Yes. Where an operator lodges an appeal, they can operate up to the date that the appeal is heard where a final decision is made. At that stage they either continue operating if the decision allows, or the original ruling stands and they must cease operating at a date to be decreed.
