Looking at FB, 32260 has arrived at Burton, but apparently it is only on loan for a day or so, but will ultimately transfer to Tividale.

Burton are due to receive ex Johnson E200's from Kidderminster later this week.

They're not on order, they've only submitted bids for Zebra2 funding at this stage, as per the news article:

But one of the later Solos transferred down, as we normally get the older ones, which pleased the driver, apart from occasionally losing the gears, which has been reported, I gather.

Is it possible to have regular optare solos on the A15 route or is it just too much of a hassle, i know we already get frequently solo srs but theres just something I like about regular optare solos

Depends upon the terms of the contract. Some (such as Diamond's 25 in Stourbridge)  specifically state what type or size of vehicle can be used.

I don't know of any contracts that specify the type of vehicle, only the seating capacity and the euro rating.

The A15 is ran from Redditch depot not Tividale.
20885 is based at Redditch and according to gov.uk euro 6 and CAZ compliant. But thats the only one they seem to have.
According to bus times it spend most of its time on the 62.
