wasnt any damage to front  or off side or rear of bus and the engine compartment cover was up as well when I came back on x10 the engineers breakdown van was there as well

There awful. 30412 has had to be replaced by 30638 already. It's only 10:30. @Simon Dunn why are these buses so awful. Drivers also saying how awful they are ( 30407-30413)

30410 also broke down. Both on the 4H. Seems to me they can't cope on the 4H. Got itself going again 50 minutes late

The buses aren't awful.  Like any operator we do have breakdowns, one was due to an overheat on the day and the other down to a suspension fault which occurred in service

Ok they aren't awful, but they are poorly maintained compared to pre-acquiring First Redditch and Kidderminster/ your brother leaving midlands with others to set up YourBus. It was noticeable, but I can see how hard it is to keep prices down for customers and costs low to gain maximum income. A lot of the buses do seem to be bags of nails and that's from what I see in Redditch. The pressures of Redditch are the hills as you can't go any where in Redditch with out coming across a hill of some sort somewhere.

Yes, 20920 is still at Tividale. Ex Signature SR 20014 (YJ10 MFY) has joined it, it was on the 326 the other day.
