Finally managed to catch The Green Bus on the 50; impressed; driver was friendly and chatting with the passengers and the Trident one of the more unusual I've ridden. Had 118 and at first I thought why did it have the TWM seat colours, and the second door, then realised it was ex Travel London!

I wasn't massively impressed by them today, I must say. Fair enough, you could say I'm bound to say that but the sheer length of time the TGB 50 sat on the stand-well over 5 minutes-was causing chaos for Johnson's 1 service per hour and a nx behind which when it tried to set off and was virtually in line with the TGB 50, the TGB 50 suddenly decided it was time to go. Fortunately, while he was messing about, a diamond 50 had got past both of them :P

Within 20 minutes, managed to spot 3 22's toward City Centre (President, Spectra and KGW reg Trident). Only on President had a passenger but 2 of them completely empty.

Edit: I think the olly 50 only did one trip, or it may have replaced a failed trident.

113 is on the 22 that should just have just left city

All opinions and onions mentioned on here are mine and not those of any employer, current, past, present or future, or presented as fact, unless I prove it otherwise.

Are they still carrying fresh air or is the route picking up now?

Picking up. The Spectra I was on a couple of weeks back was rammed downstairs, with one standee, plus a few upstairs. A good 25-30 in total.

It would do a lot better if it went to Colmore Row

Perhaps, but the Spectras, which are used on the 22 every weekday, are not allowed onto Colmore Row

I guess so. Hopefully they can invest in a modern fleet in due course so they can extend to Colmore Row

Also, 113 was involved in an RTA earlier in Halesowen. Front bumper damage.

Along with 206. The 22 seems to get anything out of the garage these days except Olympians and the Lance.

They could probably get away with an 8 seater judging by the loadings i saw today
