The 871 is not a new service, it has ran for years, it is just being modified to account for changes in where people live, like most routes are each year

There are however several new routes to schools in Alcester and Stratford which can be viewed on the website

Who'd spend an hour and twenty five minutes going from Nechells to Camp Hill?

ellspurs

One of the VAMOOZ-wrapped MOA vehicles (302/304) was sunning itself in the layby at Chelmsley Wood this morning.

A large number of students have their Green Bus passes subsidised by the KE Foundation. A long but direct "free" school bus is viewed by parents as a preferential option to catching two "public" buses even if the latter may save them a few minutes

I noticed Kinver Parish Council were looking at agreeing changes to the 242 or 580 to approach Potters Cross from the Rock Houses instead of from the current route  month ago

@Solo1 The Green Bus haven't moved from their Hockley Depot. I'm under the impression they've acquired the old Travel de Courcey Miller Street Depot for their new Birmingham Busworks venture.

@michaelBevan thanks  for that

344 has just this second come through Perry Beeches. Blast from the past haven't seen a President along here for a good 14/15 years, never seen a TGB bus through here either.
