Does anyone remember a MAN demonstrator (I'm sure it was a MAN) that Travel West Midlands had a good few years ago. I think it was allocated to Birmingham Central garage and remember travelling on it on the 50. Can anyone shed any light????

This is a personal appeal... For Pete's Sake just save the #!@?$&% Scania's - don't let them follow the Dennis Falcons!

Yes it is. Well done! Couldn't remember what it looked like at all but know it was blue. What a beast. Any ideas what happened to it?

"Busview" had it with Blue Bus - Horwich then Arriva North West. My copy shows nothing after it was sold at the end of 2011.  8)

Think it was dumped at either St Helens or Bolton for ages then went for scrap.

TWM never had it, it was with Yourbus before the takeover on the 50Y

Tony,

It was with Yourbus under TWM ownership, Yourbus was acquired by WMT in 1993, that MAN is a T plate 1998/999 model & the photo is dated 26.02.00. It also has a Travel Yourbus logo in the front nearest windscreen
