I've seen a photo online of two parked up at Hengrove. Visible in shot is a line up of freshly repainted Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini's in an allover bright green livery for the 24 service (Southmead Hospital-Ashton Vale). The ex Bath 3775*/3776*'s displaced off the 39/X39 service (Bristol to Bath) i believe.

Could you possibly link that photo? I'm intrigued to see which ones from Leicester it is. Hopefully that means the E40D's that arrived in Leicester will be used in service.

Former Bristol ALX400 32251 is now with Confidence Coaches in Wigston, Leicestershire. 32254 is in Scarborough, I'm not sure who's bought it.

BREAKING NEWS: First Bus has placed single largest order for Yutong electric buses. The order is for 169 vehicles, to be delivered to four depots in Taunton, Weston-super-Mare, Basildon and Hengrove (Bristol) within the next 16 months, introducing electric buses for the first time at those sites. The order is a mix of single- and double-deck E10, E12 and U11DD models, and is part of an £89m investment from First Bus in a further 178 zero-emission buses and infrastructure across four of its regions.

It appears,and I've just stumbled across this news,that Bristol is taking a number of the Leeds Streetdecks into stock. Allegedly they are 35563 to 35570.

Yes they have / are arriving at Hengrove and in service, adding yet another colour of buses to Bristol with original branding ripped off.

Even with the current First policy in Bristol 'put any branded bus on any route' one I never thought I'd see, line 24 branded Volvo B9 37768 WX 09 KCE operating the A1 Bristol Airport Express.

I had an hour in Bristol on Saturday evening and was disturbed to see so many in that brief period. Among those I saw was a Red Citylines gas bus on a non Citylines route.
