I suppose that's valid and/or applicable to other garages, apart from WN. My only concern is that PN/PE is on a trading estate, isn't it? Is it ideal for a 'swarm' of people, say around the 2,000 - 3,000 mark (based on the AG & YW open day), to visit a trading estate plot?
