1037 was in attendance so probably so although there was a Fleetline parked next to 1037

Definitely a National, the more i look at the picture the more you can tell.

Its 1037's cab. Nice to meet those I met today and all the kind words said about 1037. Was nice to have a DAF barking round Park Lane again :D

4413 is not a Fleetline although looks like one, it's a Bristol VR with MCW bodywork.
Preserving a bit of West Midlands heritage with 1037 and 1849.

Are you sure it wasn't a Bristol VR rather than a Fleetline? I heard NOB413M 4413 was going from the Transport Museum.

Edit: oops sorry should have checked Stu Harris's post as he beat me to it.

First time I've done this, so dunno if this will work?

I do not wish to sound picky but could someone please explain why on the posters advertising  the event a there appears to be a photograph of B.C.T.  buses   parked up in Yardley Wood Bus Garage ? HOV657  is in the poster,  I am surprised that NXWM could not find a shot of  a Guy Arab in Wolverhampton  colours,  in their photo collection,

I hope to upload the poster  soon, I am just to knackered  at the  moment,  even if Wolverhampton did have a load of BC.T.  buses as a part of their fleet I would have thought that a shot of a Guy would have been better, or am I just getting grumpy in my old age,  21 and a few months  alright  many many months.

Westy

And this one, thanks to a friendly Wolves driver!

Someone managed to find the Thomas More & Dicky Dodd displays on the hybrid!

On the B6, destinations found were Pattingham & strangely Essington via Wednesfield.

Now I know Twm used to run to Pattingham (Old 516 & 517) but when was Essington served by Twm last?

Great day by the way.

If my memory serves me right the route was 316 which ran Essington - Walsall via New Invention or Bloxwich and was an early morning single Mondays to Fridays journey that finished about 10 years ago. I thought it ran from Essington rather than to Essington. Other people may have a more accurate memory for you.
