Personally I think its more important to identify and catch the person who did this, rather than the bus that was involved.

100%, dissatisfying people from using the bus, people feeling scared just to get a bus? Totally not acceptable, people like these need to be gone immediately. My thoughts and prayers go out to the 2 victims

This country hasnt still done enough to ban all knives , honestly hope whoever took the knife, the person should be life in prison

Not since yesterday, police are still appealing for information. Based on previous, it'll be a couple of months before they issue another appeal with any CCTV images.

Edit 4 year old hit by the bus and has sadly died thought's and feelings to his family and friends and to the driver to.

I disagree. Unfortunately this has been an issue before Starmer's government. In my opinion, while the current government can be partially blamed, I blame the previous government for austerity, cutting the police budget which I believe is the cause of the increase in crime

Its not even safe anymore to go out on your own on transport when stupid people think they can they hurt people with a knife and causing increase of crime population

It is important to remember incidents such as this are very few and far between, in the context of the thousands of bus journeys undertaken every day that pass without incident.

Yes, we should always keep our wits about us, but also be mindful of falling into this perception that "public transport isn't safe" which a certain number of people are trying to push on people.

When you hear news like that you wouldn't really take the bus would you
