The video heading says Diamond and National Express causing disruption, from what I saw the two National Express drivers behaved impeccably, the one who had to wait for 5 minutes even got out of his bus to check down the road before proceeding, very professional

I've just seen a picture of one of the Diamond 'SN10' Enviro300s crashed in someones front garden. Can not see the route on the side or where it is

Yes that's true my mate previously worked for Nat Ex and he still remembers to this day that if an incident occurs on a National Express West Midlands bus the driver is NOT to get involved as he told me if any driver does it's instant dismissal (is that correct @Tony?) I was quite surprised when he said
