If they are to blame (everyone is innocent until proven guilty), lets hope they are quickly found and that they are punished for what they have done, after all someone could have been severly injured or worse in that fire!!!

I wouldn't call them scumbags. To me they look like two misunderstood young gentlemen who need a bit of guidance to get them onto the right path in their life. He was never going to name the kids but he should have named and shamed the father, fancy setting that kind of an example to your kids that it is ok to break the law. Hope they all enjoy the Winson Green Premier Inn.
