A Black Diamond Solo was in Redditch today on stand B of the bus station at about 2:30. Didn't get an I'd as I was inside the island on the escaluters going up into the hub.

Its not ideal for Redditch Either unless it is on the low passenager number routes which are few and far between.

Oh what you mean sardine tins on wheels I detest them as they are far too small you haven't been on the number 10 where one has been used and it's been nearly bursting Simon Dunn and myself have had several heated disagreements on this issue and this is probably why none have appeared in Kidderminster I think I would rather have the Vxxx HEC's than Optate Solo's

The thing is, they come in different sizes. Larger solos are fine though I do agree they feel more cramped than for example a Dart. Maybe not the 10 with a solo but I have been on a busy 3 service operated by YG02 DJZ. I think solos are fine when used on appropriate routes, for example I have had many pleasant journeys on both First and Western Greyhound vehicles in cornwall. Tiny solos run the 6 service to Mousehole and these are great vehicles for the service, from a passenger point of view I sadly find them better than S526 RWP which also runs that route. However a tiny slimline WG Solo on a full and standing 524 to St Austell is absolute hell!

Apart from the seats being so tired you hurt your back on the frame I can't really think of anything wrong with the V-HEC darts from a passenger point of view.

SP10 xxx One of the newer Enviros was out and about on the 56/55/70 group today. Didn't get full ID as one it was dark two I was going in the other direction.
