Low passenger usage.
Anyway if you are going to Worcester the train from New Street would take less than half the time.
Compared to all stops 90 minutes via Droitwitch, Bromsgrove, Catshill and Rubery/Longbridge.

You have the 20/20A on the route as well from Bromsgrove now anyway with new links to the QE Interchange,

94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

And, simply, First were losing money on the Birmingham section of the 144.

The cross-city line finally reaching Bromsgrove was probably the final blow despite First's subsequent efforts to keep it going (e.g. timetable changes and Salt Road branding).

With the January bus improvements approaching (which will see the take over of the Droitwich network routes & frequency increase on the X50 to half hourly) Surely this will mean an increased PVR 🤔
It looks like the new Droitwich services will require 3 vehicles. Plus another two for the extra on X50...
Any more Enviro 200's/300's/400's going spare??
Or is there room for the current fleet to be better utilised throughout the day??

Faster trains, cheaper to run it to Bromsgrove and other factors too.
Don't judge me until you've walked in my size ten shoes.

Fleet now 100% ADL , except for trainer 69333. That's a big turn round in a short space of time.

Anyone know if 33831 is still in the fleet? Or did that transfer over to Bristol along with 33673 & 33737?

Not listed on last fleet change list, so presumably still at Worcester.

Bustimes have 33831 still as a Worcester based bus but it has not been in service since January 2nd.
