I was in the Worcester area today with a bit of spare time so I decided to visit Padmore street depot, what a dump doesn't look like it's had a penny spent on it since I last visited about 45 yes 45 years ago, I had to smile as there was a guy wandering around with First presentation team on the back of his HV jacket as all the buses looked like they hadn't been washed for weeks, all buses I saw were in the old First colours apart from a few in various
Other regions colours
Also parked in the yard were 35683/4 in Badgerline colours

35683/4 are off to south Yorkshire after they have been repainted

I have to agree that Padmore Street has not 'changed' over the years , if I recall correctly , the land that the bus wash occupies is owned by Worcestershire C.C., and they 'may' decide to use the land for an access road at some time in the future. I have no idea how much it would cost to get the bus wash working again so it may be a case of not spending money on the wash then finding out a few weeks later that it has to be taken down. As for the various liveries , I like the dark red on some of the E200's and would be quite happy for this to be adopted as the fleet livery with maybe Midland Red names applied.
