First Bus - Leicester

Can't seem to find online yet, other than Bus Times..
Looks like BHX5/7 have both been cancelled (from 31st July) - maybe another operator is picking them up? Or perhaps not if they didn't do so well?
Also noticed changes been put in for service 13, 14 & 14A from 31st July.
Plus finally 12 has been registered as cancelled again from 31st July (although first announced it was cancelled already, it was technically registered as "temporary suspension").
Could first have seen sense and added a Sunday service for the 13? And maybe perhaps decided to send some 14's around Park Rise?
Or do we think these changes could actually be to reduce the 14/A frequency back to 7/8mins rather than 6?

Now that is a surprise! 
Wonder why they've done that? Leicester city council pay the tender for that service. So usually it's Centrebus that run those?

Nice to see first getting a tender even if it is only for Saturday's 

this change also sees First serving Birstall for the first time in quite a few years - think the last time was the 70a?

That is correct. Passed to Centrebus in September 2010, and later became the 22A.

Full 13 is now there.. like the 14/A it just seems to be minor tweaks rather than a full change. (A shame, they really could of done with a Sunday on the 13!).
Noticed the 13 will no longer terminate as such at Park Drive, and instead appears to just run a continuous loop terminating at Haymarket (where it waits a slightly longer time!). The 2155 departure which currently waits 15mins at park Drive.. will now wait time inside the Optimus Point industrial estate!
22B is only Saturday, and nothing from Centrebus, which could mean that they'll still be running their 22A around the same part of Birstall also!

The 14/14a has a peak time reduction to every 15 mins each similar to how the 4 does (drops from 10 to 12 mins)

I believe this is more just bringing them in line with the "Leicester Buses"! In September all operators should be providing a joint timetable where routes interlink, so I guess this is just a start for that.

Oddly bustimes have the Rugby - Lutterworth X84 and Coalville - Swad 29's as cancelled

Not 100% on this, but could the X84 be merged into the 84?
I feel they interwork together anyway?

X84 Lei has "revised route and timetable" listed as a reason for the change on that date.

From what bustimes.org shows for timetables in September it looks like cuts to some routes but the 13 shows a Sunday service during the daytimes
