you can catch 529,69,39 from Walsall and these go Wolverhampton bus station then catch WN 2 to garage which stops right outside of it

From Walsall: 39, 40, 529 to the bus station, 69 to Art Gallery - walk to the bus station.
From Bloxwich: 89 to Art Gallery - walk to the bus station.
