Yes it is at anytime (Especially on Sundays) unless there are peak journeys that operate with B7's?

4309 stayed on 997's until just after 7pm unless there was another one unseen by any of us

1751 on 997, seen it parked outside Royal Mail at 11am (opposite the bus stop 1, 2, 2A and X51 serves).

1438 on WA 29, seen it in Walsall Bus Station at 12:20.

PB bendi 6023 working along Springfield Road, Walmley at 1520 on a schools service.

That is actually a scheduled working, but because PB seem to have not been able to get bendis fit for service it was not very often allocated. There does seem to have been a concerted effort to get the bendis fit again lately with the 67 back to 100% bendi several days in the last two weeks

4485 may be on the 33 all day as a change bus. Saw it around 11am. Not the usual peak working off the schools, as that was a TWM liveried ALX400.
