according to derby bus depot website , Derby's are due this month to enter service in August :-
4400 YY 14 LHD
4401 YY 14 LHE
4402 YY 14 LHF
4403 YY 14 LHG
4404 YY 14 LHH
4405 YY 14 LHJ
4406 YY 14 LHK

The site also says that one of the Gemini's will be refurbished to Sapphire spec for a peak extra bus

If so i would transfer the B9TL's from either Derby or Tamworth (Both will be displaced by Sapphire Spec E400's) and deploy them on the 74/5.

Cannock 3301-9  (Streetlites)
Shrewsbury 3310-2 (Streetlites)
Thurmaston 3313-8 (Streetlites)

4407-25 are being built in Falkirk, so will have Scottish registration
3301-18 are due for delivery in September

By the number of streetlites cannock is getting it looks like the 2/2a are definitely included in the sapphire upgrade.  Surprising...

Since the new Streetlites are now being numbered in the 33xx series and not 28xx as originally mooted does this mean they will be the longer version?

they have always been Streeltlite max's due for Midlands as far a I'm aware which is why the report showing 28xx was teated with suspicion.

Im guessing that 3999 will be re-numbered 3300 now they have there own series.
