39697 is making a very rare appearance on lates (back end of 86 duty) tonight, just departed on the 2135 57 to Cross Keys, and will then form the 2230 55 to Nuneaton

Not sure if any of these are rare or not but saw these on 26/X18 in Stratford today

Also think there were 4 buses on sightseeing tour so think 1 bus must have been an extra. I saw
17494/17417/17527 and I think 17412. Didn't see any Olympians out.

All of the Sightseeing Olympians are long gone. I think the summer timetable may have 4 buses on it

I had been route learning the driver, he was "using the services" at the time so I believe that will be a part of an agreement as there is nowhere ele to go. A long while back, they used to tend to each other's broken down vehicles in each other's areas, but not these days...

I just thought it'd make for a good shot  :P

Are the 766 and 767 used alot? I always see them fairly empty but that is the odd journey.

jc

From what i understand Ocado help to subsidise the services around there shift patterns, the services to support these are quite heavily used, usually filling an E200, obviously other times of the day, they can be quite dead

@Dutsey The Tamworth - Birch Coppice 766 I did on 213 duty (Sunday, 18.05) was very busy, with at least 30 people on board. It generally tends to be Ocado's picking staff that use the 766/767, but you do get some from Euro Car Parts onboard, and the loads can vary from day to day, I've had them empty with the same journey having around 20 people on the very next day.
the 16:20 767 from Birch Coppice to Nuneaton (Red Deeps) is pretty pointless though.

The daytime 766 tends to be fairly quiet, it's as @jc says, it's focused around shift times - I did previously work at Ocado.
The 767 was originally intended to start from Bedworth and not the Red Deeps estate in Nuneaton, and Bedworth is actually listed on the ticket machine and fare charts for the 767. The service was originally devised between Stagecoach, Warwickshire County Council and Birch Coppice management. Focusing its timing on shift patterns, and its route on areas of high unemployment - hence its strange route out of Nuneaton (which everyone was taught wrong originally).

At current, the 766/767 tend to be very profitable as there's always somebody who needs a pass, but the numbers vary from 1 person to almost everyone, so you could take £20 one day and £200 the next day.
I had the 04:32 off Red Deeps and by the time it reached Nuneaton Bus Station (04:43), it had taken £82.40.
Additional journeys were added not long back too, 202 duty (Sundays) has a 02:32am start before running dead to take up 767s and 766s.

Cool I was thinking of doing a bash from Tamworth to Redditch on Stagecoach only buses. Looks like I can do it.
