Yse the 53 is operated by Evergreen which is indeed part of Thandi. So it should be shown on the website I posted earlier.

The 311 and 313 haven't run in for ages, they were withdrawn in 2017...

They were a waste of time when they ran anyway!

Nx was bad enough with late running besides Thandi ceasing service around 5pm, in the middle of the rush hour!

Hopefully to clarify. Somewhat confusingly Evergreen Coaches (PD0000154) was renamed Thandi Coaches (Red) Limited and it is they who run the 53.

I saw the 53 in town yesterday and it said via Heartlands Hospital on the blind but it doesn't show that on it's list of stops online.

@MasterPlan Steveminor is correct, the Alston Road stops on Bordesley Green East are at the main entrance to Heartlands Hospital.

I'd suggest contacting TfWM customer services and let them know you can'r get hold of an operator on one of their tendered routes - they'll contact the operator which should prompt a response.

Thandi aquired 4 ex Metroline E200's a few months back. I can't remember off the top of my head by the I.D's of them were posted in the Ensign dealer comings and goings thread.
