Geminis, Spectras, Presidents... they're all double deckers :D

I personally am living in hope that it is not anything Volvo. Interesting to hear only one manufacturer is being used now though.

There was no 'real' change between Trident and Enviro 400, General upgrades have been taking place over the years, then all of a sudden Alexander Dennis changed what they put on the Chassis plate from 'Trident 2' to 'Enviro E40D' but the last Trident 2 and the first Enviro E40D were virtually identical. So yes 4698 is a very different bus to 4939 but the actual changeover is indistinguishable

I reckon the new buses will be E400's and E200's????

I suspect that you're probably right, as new E200's were mentioned as far back ago as early Nov when we had the WA garage tour

I wouldn't mind seeing E350Hs on the WM roads or gas powered Scania enviros?

...What about E300's?

Just to back up BN's post, naturally.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I don't see any merit in introducing yet another type of single decker to the fleet even if NX were to negotiate a good deal with ADL
