Has anybody seen 4780 in service yet? I'm dying to see what it looks like! I'd really want to see a picture. ;D Thanks!

No I haven't seen it yet, it was not around the garage on Saturday. I may be able to see it tomorrow if it is parked in the garage

John

It was parked at the back of the garage today. I could only see it from the back, but yes, it does look very good

CL

A real shame it hasn't been appointed to a service yet...  :( but I'd like to see it on the 16, 101 or any sutton coldfield route. Also, it's bound to pop up on the 7!

It was having work done on it today, managed to get a better look at it. Its front fleetnumber is underneath the LED display

Not in service, not yet.

Halfway through type training, drove 4254, 1869 and 4779, and still got to type train on a Gemini, Enviro400 and a Solo. The Scania's are lovely buses to drive, the 3 buses I have drove a 100 times better than the old training buses  ;D

And then put your name down for the 67 rota?

I may do when I settle down, and it also depends when new starters can start driving the bendi-buses

Here are two photos of it on the 101 today

Score! Unfortunately, I would've seen this, had I taken the 101 - but I kept to the Southern part of the City Centre!  :-[  :'(

Looking at that, I think the BorisMaster would look good in NX livery.

Is the OmniCity the only bus in the fleet which the NX livery suits? Very nice.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I think the E200's suit them as well, providing they all look identical, with the exception of the branded vehicles...  ::)

Personally I don't agree with you. Those E200's I think would suit the TWM livery rather then NX Blandness.

Personally, I think the Omnicities look better in TWM toothpaste livery
