Deckers on the 301 common now? Cause in Walsall bus station I saw 4681, 4129 and 4683 all after each other about quarter past 1 this afternoon
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

PE trident on 120 or 140? It had Dudley on  the display... Also, I inally saw 4177 in the Morrisons Livery. I looks alright. I think as long as the 'Welcome Aboard' adhesives are still on the door, 4177 will stay classy!  ;)  ;D

Where'd you see this Trident?

4177 was on the 14 today. Saw it in Kitts Green at about 2:30. Looks really good in the Morrisons livery actually, and I don't normally like all over adverts.

No worries :) Its very rare for a B5 to be on Saturday 126's. With 5511/2/3 on the 1 and 5510 not in sight, there were no hybrids on the 59 which is a fairly rare sight in itself on a Saturday

When I was going back and forth from Walsall last month, I would see a decker on the 301 nearly every day (I put them down as peak time extras). Sometimes there were 2, and even one on the 302 on a few occasions. These were weekdays though

They were mainly Trident's, some Gemini's and an Enviro400 on a few occasions

3 on a Saturday I would say is unusual, I have only seen that many on the 301 before when Walsall were running rail replacement

There were at least 3 Scanias on the 34/38/39 today, which may explain the deckers on the 301?

There is a double deck operated return journey each weekday on the 301 - 0905 ex Mossley & 0933 ex Walsall, which comes off a 701 school board.

The weekday 0924 302 ex Walsall is normally Enviro/Gem operated, this bus having operated the X51 (0635 ex Cannock & 0750 ex Birmingham) & 705 school journey.

It would make sense. Maybe there are a few B10Ls off the road today

There was an Enviro400 on the 140/241 earlier

Trident 4609

2016 on WN255/6. Saw it work the 09:20 256 from W'ton

Sunday 255/6's have been trident operated since October. I will look out to see if anymore buses on there are B7's as the allocation could have changed back to B7's

Er Tony, London Underground is recognised as being the dirtiest and most expensive in the world. I have travelled extensively throughout mainland europe on all forms of public transport..There rail, bus and were avaliable underground systems are all generally cleaner and more efficent..Just consider the transport network of Germany..

Trident 4609

2028 on WN 62 today! (It would be one of the most rarest workings reported on here but I suspect this may be the Sunday allocation of the 62 but I will have to see what happens next Sunday)

2029 is also on the 255/6 so it looks like the 255/6 have reverted back to B7 operation

And throughout Germany you were expected to stand most of the time on their commuter networks, which is what you were originally complaining about.

The London Underground is certainly not considered the dirtiest in the World, perhaps you can find anything to back that up? From what I can find searching on the internet that honour seems to belong to New York.

As for most expensive a Zone 1-5 day ticket on the Paris Metro is 15.65 Euros, considerably more than a Zone 1-5 day ticket in London, and you don't get the equivalent of national Rail services included.
