One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Pretty rare seeming its a Sunday service so Sunday allocations tend to apply

AG 4103 on the 1 just now. As its a Sunday service today, unusual for a President to be on this route, usually Eclipse 2 B7RLEs or Omnilinks, unless Sunday allocations are not in use.

My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Surely a B7RLE or even an unbranded Omnilink (Which are pretty unusual on the 7) was avaliable today? Same applies to the 997-Surely an E400 was available whether it was 4763-9/74, branded 4770-73/5,4776 or 4869-75

I've seen one of these newer ones on the 101 last year, near Jewellery Quarter, presumebly 4855 - since it's been cropping up everywhere on unusual workings!  :D Then there was another time - in the City Centre at around 7:45-ish... This was possibly the only few encounters I've seen of the older new batch (48**) of Enviro's on the 101... Not any 49**'s yet.  ;)

It may be the way there parked for the way allocated on a Sunday
I think 1880 was a change bus in the morning but was out in the 7 until midnight at 2346.
Very rare and nice to see a branded 4 bus on there
