There was an Enviro on the (PB) 7
I think there was a Gemini on the 48... Either that, or the 129 was 15 minutes late

There were 2 deckers on the 48 today (gen from a non-spotter so no fleet numbers available)

It was 4638, I saw it this morning! Quite strange seeing a Gemini with LED Displays! Also, 4938 was on Private Hire CG, which I don't think is rare anymore, but oh well! 4778 on a 904E working, and one for a few das ago, 4855 on 7, I think...(?)

I advise a trip to Acocks Green

Yep, all the buses here have LED displays, and are all red/white too. And not a Merc or B6 to be seen! ;)

No, I meant on the 48!  ;D Seen plenty of 82/87 branded B7's with LED's in the City! lol. And not to mention, plenty of Outer Circle journeys too!  ;D ;D

But speaking of Acocks Green, I've realised, it's one depot of two with no ADL's in sight! Maybe some B7's but not a ALX400 (trident or not), E200, E400! I think AG's depot is more of a variety depot, instead of our standard Alexanders at every depot! If you think about it, BC has tons of E400s, as well as PB not forgetting YW's newly transferred from there... PN has E200s, WA has E400s along with CV's... And do on, and so forth... The other one without these ADLs are, I think, BY (Bordesley Green) - which, if I'm right, only has Scania Omnilinks.

2 more deckers on the 48 today... 4247 and 4507. 2 days in a row is sort of a trend.

It would be about time, the 48 is calling out to be operated by double deckers, even if it's older Presidents

Indeed, a viable solution would either be to take a few deckers off the 83/89 (they don't need to be fully dd) or stop using deckers on other random routes and use them on the 48

They were also both on the same running boards on Monday & today. 10.02 and 10.32 departures from West Bromwich. (Think these are 48/01 and 48/02).
