Clearly a big effort is being made at the moment to improve the look/image of the fleet

What work is actual carried out on the refurbs?
Externally I believe all damaged panels/bodywork are replaced followed by a full repaint
Internally I believe all seat cushions are replaced

Is any additional work carried out such as internal repaints, new floors, deep clean, new windows overhauled mechanical units

Also does NX plan to refurb buses after a certain time period, say every 5 years (so 2 refurbs for a vehicle life of 15 years) so the fleet is kept refreshed?
