Following on from the 11E sightings lately, I will start off this thread with one I saw last Saturday,

7E to College Road Crossroads :)
Saw a short to George Frederick Road but cant remember what service

Most Hanovers have all sorts of potential destinations for short workings programmed in for each route, in case of severe weather etc. They will usually include all the timing points and one or two others. For example I know "Royal Oak 9E" is possible although have never seen it in action

OH25

I don't know if it is timetabled but I've seen
126E to Edgbaston Five Ways
80E to Edgbaston Five Ways

Sh4318

Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
"Around the corner" routes: 21, 89
Local routes: 12/A, 48/A
Semi-local routes: 54, 80, 87

Most used routes in bold

John

I also saw an 87E to Oldbury around 2pm this afternoon

That would have been a timetabled 935E at peak times, then starts the 935 back to Birmingham from Kingstanding Circle. Not sure if thats still  the case

How come a short journey on the 11 isn't 11AE or 11CE?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Don't think you can get four digits on the display

I suppose it's less complicated, not to mention would require a change in LED font.
Speaking of untimetabled E workings, I've noticed on busy saturdays there are some 35E terminating at Cannon Hill Park but they always seem to be followed almost immediately by a full journey!

You can, eg. 904E workings to Sutton

The B10's used to do 11E runs, and I don't think you can get 4 on that, and NXWM didn't bother to change it
