A lot of City services delayed today due to Digbeth  being blocked up.  There was also a protest there according to the driver of the 94 I was on.
 And the effect of this meaning surrounding roads had high congestion.

If you missed 4519 you would have missed 4517 if it was on time so you obviously weren't that intent on catching it

Secondly, 4521 was the next bus to arrive after 4519. I was there in person, I think I know thank you.

Secondly, 4521 was the next bus to arrive after 4519. I was there in person, I think I know thank you.

Your original post says you wanted to ride on 4521.

4521 was due at the Scott Arms at 17:54

You said you arrived there as 4519 left, which was 18:05, so you weren't there waiting for 4521 because you should have missed it by 10 minutes

Before you jump to conclusions (as I've noticed you tend to do) take a look at when 4521 arrived at Scott arms... 18:14. I even have picture proof if you really want it. Once again, I was there in person and you were not. 

Also, I did not specifically say I was going out of my way to ride 4521, it was just a coincidence that the bus I wanted to ride was arriving at the same time I would be at the stop.

I know it arrived at 18:14, I said it was due at 17:54, hence why it turned at ASDA roundabout because all its passengers were already on 4519

Well if it didn't terminate there you wouldn't have ridden on it any way because you would have missed it.

In other words, you're telling me unnecessary information that I already knew? I never said I didn't know the reason why it terminated at Scott arms, and I never actually said I was annoyed that I didn't ride on it. If you read my reply, yes I did say I was disappointed that I didn't get to go in, but you'd have seen I said it was mainly because I had to wait a while for the next bus.
