Looking on BusTimes, it did operate through to Bearwood.

Was looking forward to getting on 4521 again on the 5 from Scott arms, however it turns out the bus actually terminated at Scott arms, rather than Kingstanding as BusTimes said.

Well it was running over 20 minutes late and 4519 had been dropped in on time in front of it, so carried the passengers that were due to catch 4521

I did notice it was running late, just slightly disappointed though as I was looking forward to it and had to wait quite a while for the next bus which was 4485, but oh well.. that's life!

Well that's what happens if you let 4519 go past, no one else had to wait for a bus due to WB Inspector's actions.

When did I say I let 4519 go past? I arrived at the X51 stop at Scott arms just as 4519 was leaving the 5 stop so there wasn't much I could do...

If you missed 4519 you would have missed 4517 if it was on time so you obviously weren't that intent on catching it
