Untimetabled 'E' Workings

11E to Yardley Yew Tree (11C). Which was a little inconvenient, as I was waiting at Yardley Yew Tree! (about 6:25pm) Luckily for me, there was an 11E to Acocks Green just behind, not so lucky for the fella who asked the driver if he was going to Kings Heath as I got off at Mansfield Road!

The Yew Tree one was probably running dead to either Kings Heath or Selly Oak which is funny lol.

Saw an 8E on the clockwise direction at Saltley Gate this afternoon for Jewellery Qtr. Haven't seen that particular one for a long time!

4240 on a 46E to... Perry Barr Bus Garage.

Must be the only E journey programmed that actually goes further than its orgiinal terminating point! 😂

Some WN drivers turn at Lordswood Road. If you're at the 11A stop at Bearwood/Hagley Road, you can turn the bus around in one manoeuvre. I've done this plenty of times too, particularly when the 1 route was on diversion around College Road meaning I'd have to come back to depot via Highgate Road.

Anyway, seen 126 drivers who have done this, spoke to a few aswell, so maybe PE drivers do it too.
