Untimetabled 'E' Workings

PE 4347 operating a 241E Blackheath coming out of Halesowen at the bottom of Manor Way approx. 1405. Probably the 1335 25 mins late.

The 13:35 was operated by 4195 which was on time (or round about).

4347 was running on the 140 together with 4353 on the 241 about 13:25-13:30 heading towards Dudley in Blackheath. So 4347 should have done the 13:23 241 ex Dudley then 14:05 ex Halesown

It could have been working the 1405, it was probably 1410 when I saw it at the bottom of Manor Way just passed the Audi dealer - I wonder if he had the destination set wrong??
