An unknown 900 branded Enviro on 61/3 this morning.

A 957 one on there as well-think it was 4911 about 7:50 in selly oak by sainsbury's crossing the outer circle heading outbound

Two on there then! Fair play BC, it makes for a good sight!

It does! They look smart and so smart they kind of stick out as deckers on the bristol road :P

That's right, I reckon they suit the Bristol Road, really smart. Brings that corridor up to 21st century. The problem is the volume of 'undesirables'. - I'm not saying 900/957 don't get it but no where near the volume on BR.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I love the idea that Enviros are appearing as unusual workings on the Bristol Road and 4905 at the Uni as advertisement for NX, when in reality all the students are gonna get are Tridents with only the occasional B7RLE on the X64 to look forward to
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

Haha, too right.

Saying that some of those students don't deserve anything better then a Corgi Model if I'm honest. Get pushing, idiot.

Bournvile[/] college is another one. Tony's team should really be out there - its disgusting the volume of anomalies you get.

Anyway, more to the point;

2142 did something on the Bristol this evening, not long after running in off the 58 I expect.

4021 and an 0405N on the WN2.

1672 on the 2 (Presumably the one you saw?)
4018 on the 2.

Also 586 on the 59 this morning but i couldn't tell if it was the peak board or not?

CL

Not very unusual, but still not something you'll see everyday...
7 on Scania Omnicity DD.

And also, I had the pleasure of riding 4906 on the 24 to and from school today. I think it was named ______ May. But it was definitely a pleasure to be on... I hope they stay on the 24, instead of smugly using the newer buses for the "recently" upgraded (hybrids) 22 & 23.

Holly May. Good, smooth buses really. Rattly as heck though.

Is 4906 unbranded? Bear in mind though that spare Enviros regularly go onto the 24 :)

The 0405N sounds right, but I'm sure it was 4021. Would be very unusual if we were both right and there were two.

I didn't see 586 at all (I thought I saw all of them on the 59 today) so I can't help you there.

Smugly? They do occasionally appear on the 22/23 but the non Hybrid peak hour workings are usually Tridents. 4907 was on the 22/23 all day one day last week.

Stuharris 6360

Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).
