Thanks, while you are online is there any chance you could share a potential first day of tividales custom denning element 2? Or is it too early to call?

We don't know.  We are waiting on DVL to register the vehicle together with all but 3 of the rest.  They have all the paperwork.

Good Afternoon, I was onboard 32312 this afternoon on the 202, It's nice to see that audio and visual next stop announcements are being rolled out on the service. However I sat right at the back of the bus I couldn't barley hear anything over the rattles and vibrations of the vehicle and as I was getting off and was near the front I could just make out what was being said. The system is far too quiet.

Maybe something for a engineer to take a look at?

We don't know.  We are waiting on DVL to register the vehicle together with all but 3 of the rest.  They have all the paperwork.

Are you on about that you want all the tividale and burton element 2s to be registered together and the stanstead ones seperate?

Are you on about that you want all the tividale and burton element 2s to be registered together and the stanstead ones seperate?

I've heard from someone that, before ordering the Custom Denning vehicles, Rotala were looking at placing an order for MCV Evoras - is this true?

Hi Simon is it correct that Sprinter 15010 is to be transferred from Burton to Tividale soon and will be replaced by a Solo?

Overall there are too many buses in Burton.  We will remove a few.  In addition, PVR will drop when the DRT PVR reduces by 1, and the Branston Bridge re-opens.

15010 has already moved from Burton to Redditch.  Redditch has a 1 PVR increase on a TfWM DRT scheme from Monday.

I am not aware that MCV Evoras provide an electric version.  The last conversation we had with Volvo, was around buying 67 buses for Tranche 1 in Manchester.  Volvo signed an order, and then refused to deliver to the agreed order.  I am sure you can understand, our hesitation around any future relationship after that.

So - No.   Volvo were never under consideration.  

If people do not deliver on their commitments when you are spending £10 million, what hope do you have?
