I was under the impression not all Mercs at PE will be withrawn yet (Tridents and B7RLE's to PE with the worst mercs withdrawn)

Yes, but don't forget that on top on those imminent cascades there are another 274 new buses still due over an 18 month period, if theory, the chances are even the best of the Mercs have max 18 months left, by June 2015 they could all be gone......

Makes a nice change from the normal 'BX' reg. Do we know where these are to end up, and how long before we will be seeing them arrive?

They are normal Enviro400s as they are 49**s, not 54**s, like the Hybrids are

I would have thought that NX could do with the first being in service before 27th Oct changes, with the 70 being extended & the 71/72 increased in frequency or will the withdrawal of the 71A & 638 frequency reduction cover the extra buses required for those routes?

Gareth

I'd imagine that with a large chunk of the 72 being reduced in frequency, there will be hardly any change in 71/72 PVR

Of course, I forgot about that bit of the 72 being reduced in frequency

Have I missed something, which depot are 4914 to 4939 going to and for which route(s)?

I think most of are for PB for Sutton Line Routes but I'm not 100% sure on that :)

PVR could be less than it was if BC do end up running the 72E
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
"Around the corner" routes: 21, 89
Local routes: 12/A, 48/A
