I may have missed something on here but can somebody tell me why 2142 has had a front end repaint the NX logo missing and there's now a red instead of black painted line under the display.

Could have been damaged, I've only noticed it recently. 4506 has the same red line under its display, but it's been like that for years:

4481 also had a repainted top bar above the display, but that was repainted black at refurb.

More than likely all due to accident damage.
