There was a Coventry blue and white double decker on the West Bromwich 45 service today.

As far as I know, WB don't have any blue and white deckers from Coventry. 4767 in Blueson was on the 45 earlier

West Bromwich haven't got any Blue and White Geminis unless a Transfer was made without mention but highly doubt that. It must have been the E400s from CV

If NXC branded 4667 is found working on the likes of NXWM 72 service, a route that uses facilities within Solihull AQPS, does 4667 currently meet the following Solihull AQPS regulation – active since Nov 2017?

2.7.2 No vehicles are to be used which remain in a livery belonging to a previous operator under any circumstances or bear any previous operator's branding or other information.

Yes, 4667 is euro 6 hence why it was chosen for transfer

Ah, but NX Coventry is part of NX West Midlands, and the NX Coventry old livery is a current fleet livery of the National Express Group, therefore 4667 is in a livery of its current owner...

Therefore I would assume it is compliant with requirement 2.7.2.

Previous operators livery would be something like when Sunny Travels darts were roaming round the 71E still with Uno livery and Uno fleetnames on (or when Travel Express had their Carlyle bodied darts still with Hansons fleetnames)

NXC livery 4672 travelled the full length of the 94 from Fox & Goose to City. On a dead run from Erdington to Selly Oak via Ward End, Washwood Heath, Saltley, City Centre, Bournbrook.

Not sure why as bus times suggests it was on the school board and arrived in Erdington on time to run the 16:17 out of Erdington. But not a bus I was expecting to see on the Washwood Heath Road.
It has also since gained red NXWM fleetnames. The 2 I saw in Solihull & Hobs Moat Road on the 72 earlier today, both had Coventry ones. Possibly one of the same and they've been changed during the day.
