Saw 1918 on the 72 in chelmsley wood earlier......it seems that 1918 is a replacement for 1931 that was sent to YW im guessing to cover 1918 whilst it was being repaired


1918 was moved to AG garage on its return as a mark of respect to YW driver that died behind the wheel & colleagues, Winston

I was on the 8C on Highgate road when I saw 4670 behind already displaying 11C. Finally the two meet. ;)

4678 on the 5 had to do a reverse move in Solihull Town Centre this morning around 09:25/09:30 the driver accidently turned into Solihull Town Centre from Warwick Road. I recorded a clip of it doing the move link is below. :)

Its the brakes as pressure is released ever so slightly on the brake pedal (at least I think thats what it is)

Where do the buses lay over now if they are not terminating at the station?

The 6/76/49 all do a loop round by John Lewis, the Police Station and Church. Then come up the Warwick Road to outside Argos. They then layover there - had 3 Route 6 Scanias parked up at one point this evening laying over - causing a bit of a queue!

The 37 is still going to the Station but does a loop of Poplar Road before going into there.

The others are dropping off at Lode Lane, then if they are early, go up to the Station to layover, coming down to Poplar Road when it's time. Plenty of room at the station to do that now as the 6/76/49 have all left there till October.

Thanks Rob - the videos are very interesting.

With big changes like this, one or two errors are bound to happen - good that turning 4678 round wasn't a drama.  However,  I was very pleased to see the impatient car driver get his due reward!  Brilliant!

4668 was seen near the Tesco in Spring Hill, Hockley/Ladywood.

Anybody knows what it was doing there? It wasn't in service. If it weren't going back to depot, I can only assume it would start an 11 journey from Dudley Road, which I think is quite unlikely...

No the 71 & 72 don't interwork anymore since their frequencies changed :)
