I did see an OmniCity (4780) on the 997A one Saturday Morning, but I don't know if 997A journeys interworked with the 997 on a Saturday, so at least one OmniCity made it onto the 997A, so one might have worked the 997 on a Weekday

More than likely.

Don't forget that 4780 is in for repaint, plus 4777 may not be in use. It had suffered a small minor engine fire by the looks of it, as it was dumped out the back of the garage with rear fire damage. That only leaves 4 fit for service out over Christmas
