1867 on 952

I'm wondering if our vehicle allocator is trying to keep the Crimson Scanias on the 952 at present, as Tony said repaint by route. There was one on the 28 yesterday though yesterday, but at least one on the 952 for the past few days. I reckon deckers will return to the 52 in the route changes next month

952 reverting back to the 52

115 and 66A both withdrawn. Possible replaced by the new 15A/C circular service (I've heard this is going to Star City too)

914 frequency up to every 20 minutes from every 30 minutes (from what I've heard off other drivers)

904 extended from Falcon Lodge to Asda Minworth (via 914 route to Walmley, and 71 route to Minworth)

902/5 frequency up to every 20 minutes from every 30 minutes

There are changes for the 66 route too, but I don't know what these are

Doesn't look like the 15a is going to Star city atm

John

That only what I'd heard, I wasn't sure on that one. Thanks for that @monkeyjoe . So the 15 circular is doing what I thought and replacing both the 115 and 66A

Interesting to have a look through - shame the 52/52A are stopping at each stop - adds about 5 mins extra onto the old 952 journey.

I wonder if the "new" 904 will  turn left out of Lodge Crescent onto Churchill Road, then right onto Springfield Road, thus cutting out the Churchill Parade "terminus" .... be interesting to see.

Is the 904 being reduced to every 20 minutes to fit in with the every 7 minutes frequency with the 902/5
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
Local Routes: 21, 89, 48/A, 12/A, 54/A
Semi-local routes: 80, 87

I can see the 904 being every 20/30 mins with the return of the 904e between bham and sutton maybe?

If you want fast from those areas you've got the X51. Seen plenty of people get off the 952 from Beeches at Tower Hill and catch the X51 from there.

Personally loving this change means the Walsall road corridor is getting a 5 min frequency into town, and much needed extra capacity through Birchfield and Newtown.

Wondering if the 907 is going to be increased as well now it doesn't have any sort of fitted frequency with the 952 on the semi-fast section.

Interesting though that after so long of the Perry Beeches loop it's now kinda going back to the original 52/59 services.
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

It will be nice having an extra bus between City and Perry Barr. At one time there was the 33, 51, 52 and 107. Then we lost half to Limited stop services. Great if you live further than Perry Barr, but infuriating if you are waiting for a bus along the Birchfield Rd and Aston and see a 907, 934, 935, 936, 952, 997, X51 fly past.
