Seeing 4799 this morning got me debating what livery 4927 will return in. I could see it being Crimson but imagine it will just be red/white to match the rest of the Sutton buses. I also dought that the ticket branding will be reapplied, so will look different whatever livery it returns in. Does anyone know how repairs are going?

Typically the day 4799 is on Suttons is the day when I'm on the really early shift and finish at 11am  ::)

Repairs are progressing because up until earlier in the week the tracker was still showing in Erdington where all the electrics were isolated. It was showing as being driven around Plaxtons yard yesterday

If anyone wants to know how 4799 ended up on the Sutton's, here's how: It was supposed to be 4924 out but there was a huge crack on the windscreen (somehow it got marked F.F.S.) driver mentioned it so they swapped the bus. While talking to the engineer at PB he mentioned 4799, the engineer said to the driver "Do you want it?" and well he wouldn't say no to that ;)
