The 94 currently is mostly operated by the best buses in the fleet (Geminis) doesn't need an upgrade until they start getting tired! (personal opinion). And yes growing up in Castle Bromwich the 94 was 'my' route into town for many years so I do have a soft spot for it.

Fair point, the new buses I don't actually like after going on one recently, however when the competition is up staging NXWM and priorities are else where, that's where my moaning comes from.

It was a little joke towards monkeyjoe. I agree, the Geminis are by far the best buses in the fleet. I don't see the need for the 94 to be upgrade at this moment in time

If its going to get stuck with those should at least , dare I say it branding. Otherwise all my moans are valid, (well they are anyway).

The resident 'moaner' on my WMBU Facebook page had this to say earlier in February:

QuoteThe buses which NXWM are using on the 94 route are absolutely awful. Did they get them from the museum?

2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley

Could the Geminis be on the move when the 48**s arrive. Not really, you don't even use the route. It's like me complaining about Presidents on the 89 (over exaggeration a bit)

4826 out on the 914 this morning.  Not a "noteworthy" type, but perhaps unusual - I can't recall seeing one of the ex-PE batch on the 115/914 before ....

LOL -  :) Edit to add I've just travelled on 4827 on the 115 ....

6031 in Walmley this afternoon on the Fairfax / John Willmott schools contact service.  I assume it runs to Castle Vale and then onto the 67 for the evening peak?

All 3 out on the 67 this evening, first time for a bit, 6031 hadn't been out for a week before tonight

I think there was 2 on the 907 today (definitely 1), with 1 on the 16

If anyone wants a ride on a Scania Bendi today is a good day to go looking, all 3 6029; 6030 & 6031 should be out all day until 18:00
