Noticed since the new enviros have entered service on the Sutton lines the unbranded 48** enviros (4853-56) have been appearing more on there ? am I only the one noticed this ?

They have been on there regularly before the new ones entered service. Usually 1, sometimes 2 a day

It may be that more of the '61' reg Enviro400s are on there temporally until enough '63' reg ones are put into service to cover all 902/4/5 journeys

Finally.

A normal name!

What is a 'normal' name? Are you saying the staff who's daughters names are on the other ones abnormal? for giving their children those names

Sorry I don't see a joke there, just an offensive comment. The name on 4923 is the name of the daughter of the person who sent me the photograph taken in Perry Barr garage, I doubt he would either

With you Tone, as a Primary School teacher I find name prejudice abhorrent I'm afraid and work hard to try and eradicate it where possible

Just to be the devils advocate, to turn the phrase,

I think Matt meant it as 'Lauren' is a typically common English Female name. Where as other names aren't common, which ever way you want to play it.

Don't get offended and I don't want a lecture on the history of female names since 1800s, just see it from both sides.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I didn't mean to be offensive. Just a little joke, saying the first thing that comes to mind again. I hope I make it clear that I'm not a fan of this whole naming buses thing though.
