If there's enough of them. Don't forget the new 15A/C will need more than the current 66A does
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

I have a wild theory that we will get some more Enviro400s (possibly ex-Walsall) for it. I would imagine it would be too busy for single decks.

Also 4256 has gained an LED side display, on 65s today

Well the E40D's on the 934/5/6 are going to BC so I doubt it.

Was that confirmed or just a rumour floating around?

Plus plans can change as these route changes were not in the pipeline when that was mentioned.

Yes it has been confirmed that they will transfer to BC and that 4884 will also be named after Ronnie Morgan when transferred.
Local Routes

Any idea which route will be getting them then? The 70 lol

Liberator9

Would make most sense for them to be used on the Bristol Road - it there's enough

I do not think there is enough for the Bristol Road I think it would make the most sense to use them on the 45, 47, 60 and 24 as tridents are still being used on the 45 and 47 the others could then be used on the 60 to make it fully Enviro 400.

I'd imagine (if they go to BC- I do not recall this being confirmed) they will be used to make sure the Pershore Rd is all E400's. I'd imagine spares will be used so that the 24/60 are majority E400.

With 4895-4913, and 4940-49, there should already be enough to cover the Pershore Road. But BC will need more low emission vehicles for the future LEZ changes so it makes sense to start cascading Euro 5 vehicles there. The 24 has been largely Trident operated since the Pershore Road upgrade, after being mainly E400 operated so I would expect that to be addressed.

The Bristol Road is well overdue a set of brand new buses IMHO.

I thought there was already enough for the Pershore Rd myself.
